To access RideNow's special cars, you must be at least 23 years old, have a flawless reputation, and have completed at least 10 paid rides with RideNow's regular cars. If you meet these criteria but cannot access the special cars, please contact customer support.

A rent can be started during the day only from 6:00 till 22:00. Once started, the rent will continue normally past 22:00, but can not be restarted after this time.
