FAQ
RideNow Business lets your company give employees access to RideNow cars through one company account. Employees drive the cars themselves, and trips are charged to your company balance. It replaces company cars, taxi expenses and expense claims.
Companies in Cyprus whose employees make regular weekday trips, such as client visits, meetings and journeys between cities. If you want to replace pool cars, taxis or mileage claims, it is built for you.
No. You do not need to buy, lease, insure or maintain any cars.
Car access, fuel, cleaning, servicing, insurance and support.
A valid Cyprus VAT number and a company payment card. At registration you also give your company name, an admin email and a phone number. You add the card in your account after registering.
Register your company, add a card, and invite employees by phone number. Each employee joins with their own verified RideNow account in the RideNow PRO app. You can suspend or unlink an employee at any time.
No. Register, add a card and invite your employees. Employees are invited one phone number at a time.
Not automatically. Age, licence and identity checks are decided on each employee's own RideNow account, under the RideNow User Agreement.
No subscription, no per-seat fee and no minimum spend. Trips are charged at standard RideNow tariffs, plus VAT. See current prices on the Prices page.
Billing is prepaid. Your company tops up its balance from a company card, and trips are deducted from the balance. You choose the auto top-up threshold and amount. Top-ups are charged plus VAT. RideNow does not offer credit or pay-later invoicing.
One invoice per month for all your company's rides, available to download in your account.
Yes. Email info@ridenow.tech from your admin's registered email address and we will refund the unused balance. Any payment and processing fees for the refund may be deducted from the amount refunded.
Not for trips covered by the company balance and the employee's monthly limit. Trips by active employees are charged to your company, so there are no reimbursements or expense claims.
Each employee has a monthly limit, and your account shows what each employee has spent. The limit is not a hard cap. Charges above it, or above what the company balance can cover, go to the employee's personal RideNow account. Each employee therefore keeps a payment card on that account.
RideNow is free-floating. Cars can be left in permitted public areas, with no return to a fixed base. Underground and covered car parks are not permitted. Trips can end in another city or at an airport. An InterCity fee or bonus may apply, see Prices & Fines.
Availability is not guaranteed, and a business account gets no priority or reserved cars. RideNow has 800+ cars in Limassol, Nicosia, Larnaca, Paphos and Ayia Napa, and at Larnaca and Paphos airports. For busy locations, ask support about bonus parking.
Insurance is included. Each employee is responsible to RideNow for their own rides, including fines and damage, as set out in the User Agreement, Terms and Conditions and Prices & Fines. Your company is not liable to RideNow for these solely because it funded the ride. Paying through the company account does not change the insurance or protection that applies to a ride. See section 8 of the Business Terms.
For your company account, write to info@ridenow.tech. Employees get ride support 24/7 in Greek, English and Russian, with live help on WhatsApp.
RideNow processes personal data under its Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law. See section 10 of the Business Terms.
